Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We deliberately collect as little as possible. What we do hold:

• Comments. Your chosen anonymous handle, the comment text, and technical moderation data (IP used for rate limiting and spam triage). No account, email, or real name is required.
• Push subscriptions. If you opt in to alerts, a push endpoint token so we can deliver them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Local preferences. Age-gate confirmation, sort choice, and like-dedup markers stored in your browser's localStorage. These never leave your device.
• Aggregate analytics. Standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly pageview counts. We don't build cross-site profiles of you.

2. How We Use It

Comments power the discussion on each fight page; moderation data stops spam and abuse; push tokens deliver the alerts you asked for; preferences personalize your session. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

The Site uses localStorage for your age confirmation and sort preference. Third-party embedded players (for example YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com embed) set their own cookies under their policies, which we don't control.

4. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet. Your web browser receives these cookies when you visit pages with the AdSense ad code.

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google's Ads Settings, to opt out from Google's use of cookies for ad personalization, or by visiting www.aboutads.info to opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising.

5. Third Parties

The Site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests at the edge (including IP addresses in standard request logs) and serves our videos through a caching proxy. Content streams from the original hosts (WorldStarHipHop, Reddit, YouTube); when you watch, those hosts may set their own cookies under their policies.

6. Retention & Deletion

Comments remain until removed by moderation, by a DMCA/takedown request, or on your request. To ask us to delete a comment you authored or your push subscription, email [email protected], and we act on verified requests promptly.

7. Children

The Site is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and minors are prohibited from using the Site.

8. Changes & Contact

We may update this policy as the Site evolves; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Questions: [email protected]. See also our About and Terms of Use pages.
